This is not being queer, this is trauma, and why she fights against the transgender community: because she believes that a lot of them, which is has intuited correctly, are in the same boat of wanting to “switch” gender because of the backlash, stigma, disgusting sexist behaviours and lack of acceptance they were always confronted with for being born a certain sex. In essence it points that the issue is not being female but HOW people treat womanhood.
