This doesn’t say how to build this at all. The most this says is “publish a lot so people see you more often” but there is no guarantee that doing so will get you in front of people. So again this doesn’t say much by way of how, which leads me to believe most people don’t know, actually, it just sort of happens and then they enjoy the benefits.
