Microsoft is forcing users to use their own chat AI through their reward programs. This program is useless and requires you to accumulate thousands upon thousands of points before being able to redeem it in any way that's meaningful or valuable.

I don't know what they're expecting, don't they see that it's not going to work? That they're not the leading thing there? Oh well, I don't know.
