I'm happy to find someone else who agrees, and yes I suppose that's true, it's only more recently (like in Charlie's Angels from 2019) that black or just non-white women were also included in this kind of ideology.

Since you mentioned Hollywood, these are definitely Hollywood-specific standards, all of this. I do enjoy watching a few movie types, including massive Hollywood blockbusters, because I'm eternally Western, but that won't stop me from complaining about what's wrong with them. I would say business branding is more of a way to show who you are, rather than having to repeatedly reaffirm it as coming from a place of not feeling that you are that thing. Your motto is definitely a part of what you are, and thus what you'll want to show to the world.
