If I may give some advice, I definitely think you should reconsider that.

To make sure that your writers still feel like a privileged bunch, you could make them editors, but this is generally very limiting because it keeps you off of the platform. I think you should invite people on here to join your facebook group there, most people will be willing to just to connect with other writers, but on the overall, it sort of bars people from participating. Since you don't have a quality standard for your writers, I think more flexibility could really help. You said in the past that you were trying to develop a more solid earning here given your situation, this could help with it.
