I think that as long as your writing comes from the heart, it can influence people, and that's what in turns influences the algorithm. If people subscribe, then they're likelier to come back to you, and if they do, some algorithm somewhere on some platform is going to notice that. So what really matters is honesty and dedication, and the consistency to keep people engaged. So don't worry about not writing all the time :).

I get what you mean with quality. Personally I don't publish daily, because it takes me days to write a single piece, but because I work on that piece daily, it keeps my level up and my senses well honed.
